Through the City of Lights

We shall leap with joy

as we take in the sights

Of elegant cafes, flea markets and shops

Where girlfriends visit

And share their deep thoughts

(..."I wonder where she got those shoes?"...)

( ... "I really need some chocolate ..." )

We'll dance back in time

With some pirouette twirls

To vintage fashions and hats-

~ And wearing our pearls! ~

So reach for your heels,

(or boots, slippers or shoes)

And join in the dance

With some Fred Astaire moves!

Grand Jete'-ing through Paris

With Anita, you know...

We'll sprinkle some glitter wherever we go!

We'll continue our journey

Long into the night

As we dance through Paris,

With hearts of delight!
