Snowlady vignette on kitchen island
The large one was purchased a couple of years ago
{Her crown, a gift made by my friend Anita of Castles Crowns and Cottages}
I made the other snowladies from paper mache'.
I had a crafting party and the snow and glitter was flying!
Little happy girl, an ornament found for this year.
girl and snow angel
I am not only listening to Christmas music this season
but also taking time each day to read some of the lesser known ones
(and the other verses of ones we know so well)
Angels from the Realms of Glory
(James Montgonery, 1771-1854)
"Angels from the realms of glory,
Wing your flight o'er all the earth;
Ye who sang creations story,
Now proclaim Messiah's birth
Come and worship,
Come and worship,
Worship Christ, the newborn King!"
~ This is where I want my heart to be ~
~ And to take time to ponder the W O N D E R of this glorious season ~
{... I am sure that is what she is pondering too...}

ReplyDeleteGOOD AFTERNOON MY DEAR! I feel awful not being here this morning. I had to run down to my workshop early and have not stopped since. I have the fondest memories of sharing Christmas with you my friend, and I bet your home is just brimming with joy now! White and gold....mine will be white and silver IF I can get myself to clean my house first!!!

What can I say! I have just found this blog,and was immediately captured by your beautiful afghan ,then to go on further and theres more than one, and to top it off your LOVE for GOD. If I had a blog it would look a little like yours, as my heart also desires to worship God for all that He is and all He has done through the cross and in my life,and the pure joy I see everyday in His creation all around me,and I also own a beauty like yours ,the afghan hound is my absolute favourite dog my girl Yasmin is of the same colourings as yours she's a cream/gold sweetheart.however my blog would not display such beautiful art work like yours i am not an artist just a God and affy lover kindest regards Judith.
ReplyDeletep.s I forgot to say, I will be stopping by often now I have found this fabulous site kindest regards Judith.
