White in the Bedroom

We love the beach
and that is the inspiration for the summer bedroom
~ decor in progress ~

A fluffy comforter is on my wish list

I am loving the clean bright and white of the room
{packed up all the reds and golds from the winter decor)

Here is the canvas I painted for the room.
I'ts 4 ft. x 5 ft. and is like a window to the ocean
and I must say, making me long for the beach!

Whatever bedspread or comforter I use needs to be washable
because 'you-know-who' thinks its her bed.

She loves the white and blue
~ and finds it quite relaxing and peaceful ~

The cloche on the night stand
on a Paris inspired tray
displays two of my doggy figurine collection

She thinks it's a wonderful room for a nap

  5. Oh...look how gorgeous she is there sleeping! Who could move her from her bed. She is such a princess. This is why Violet gets away with everything at my house...she is just so beautiful I can't deny her a thing and it would be the same with that beauty.
