H e l l o !
I apologize for my absence.
We moved, sold our house, moved some more.
(left a bunch of things for staging as you saw in previous post)
And I've had so many projects going!
~ I'd love to show you some of them ~
The Paris Guest Room
has been my favorite and so much fun....
here is a little table-turned-writing desk
I found it at a thrift store for $6, below is a 'before' photo
(...since this photo we've planted new grass...)
I hand painted the drawer and spray painted the rest in lavender .
No matter how many coats I did on the top, it was spotty.
Which is a good thing, or I never would have covered it with this
Fabulous Paper!!!

Dear Violet,
ReplyDeleteSo good to have you back! I just adore what you have created here... the paper is so beautiful, and I love the colors...
Blessings in you new home... I am looking forward to seeing more!
fondly,

Hi Violet,
ReplyDeleteThe Paris guest room is so divinely chic.... All the French lavender would have shocked me at first thought of doing it, yet the outcome is so, so perfect for your magical style! It will look so sweet with a mini Christmas tree on it this holiday season.
You really have an eye for the magic you create.
Thank you for your visit, looking forward to more creating here, I am off today on the hunt for a corner table.
Xx

Your little lavender writing desk is gorgeous and just the right touch of glamour in a small space. You have been very busy with all your moving and projects. I adore everything you do. Creative Home Bliss...

Bravo, bravo my friend! As I see this little table BEFORE, I realize how I too would have purchased it. I just LOVE simple lines, especially when a piece has so much potential to exude a vintage quality. That was a stroke of brilliance to add the paper on the top....I LOVE THIS! And I think that this Paris room is my favorite too. Can't wait to see the rest!
ReplyDeleteYou have moved! Oh wow, you are very busy, but still have time for such beauty!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes on your move, dear Violet...
And thank you so much for taking time to visit me!
Love to you,
~ Irina

Wishing you a beautiful weekend.

Violet, I try to reach you here, as my fairytale to the mousetheatre is now translated into English - maybe it would be fine, to read it at this first advent :))
