Calligraphy Monogrammed Notecards

Gold Ink.  Gold Glitter.  Gold Joy!

Although I am rusty at my calligraphy skills

I wanted to make some personalized note cards
as a birthday gift for a friend.

Before the pearlescent acrylic ink dried, I sprinkled on gold glitter.
The cards are made from a 105# Bristol paper,
creased with a bone folder,
the front torn to form a deckled edge
enhanced with Stickles glitter glue.

I made sure they fit the size envelopes I had on hand.

Presented in a clear cello bag,
wrapped in paper with large gold dots and sparkly gold ribbon

It was fun to create a personalized gift

{and I am so into gold and sparkle right now!}
