C I N D E R E L L A

~  Once  Upon  a  Time  ~

A Fairy GodMother

And Her Assistant,
The FURRY GodMother

flicked their fairy wands
and turned Cinderella's ragged dress

Into A Beautiful Gown

Worthy of a Ball at the Royal Palace

~

A plain yellow pumpkin was turned into a
GOLDEN CARRIAGE

To Transport Cinderella to the Ball

Which she had to leave by midnight,
when everything would turn back as it was!

~ and you know of course about the shoe ~

A Wonderful Fairy Tale is such a Delight!

~ But what about a beautiful story that is true ~
Oh wouldn't that be good news?

I've got a brand new story
... though you've heard it a time or two ...

~ About a Prince who kissed a girl right out of the blue ~

{from 'Prince Song' by Annie Herring}

And yes, there really can be a Happily Ever After!

I A M S O O V E R J O Y E D!!

Violet, you have taken my breath away! YES! I just opened my email and ran over here immediately. The header, OH DEAR...your new look for this theme is stunning. The costume that you, the GRANDE DAME of couture, of imagination, of transformation...you took a ragged dress and changed it for a very special little princess who because of you, believes. She believes in the grandest "fairytale"of all...that is TRUE.

Bravo. This is stunning on all levels and the milky blue and gold together (and that shoe...I KNOW IT WELL!) are all ethereal and I want to post mine soon. CLAP CLAP CLAP!!!!!!!!

Violet,
Your new header is most magical and the post ethereally beautiful. Your embellishments on the costume are so perfect for your beautiful princess.
Have a charming and whimsical Halloween.

One more time to visit before I go off to the real world of stress and challenges...but here in this real world of yours, play and kindness rule, and I like it that way!

Your header....the colors blend so lightly, and your ideas are crafted so well my friend. Ahhhhhhh....I am drifting into such pleasant ideas! Happy day!

Oh Violet
I am in this fairitale of a princess and her carriage. A round golden pumpkin turns into a carriage. In your story it's a beautiful grey pumpkin, I am so taken with the grey this year, all the way to thanks giving.

Violet, has Anita talked with you regarding joining in on our Gypsy Christmas Theatre production December ?
I hope so, are you planning to come up with something, I sure hope so?

Thank you for taking the time to visit my site, and leaving a comment that joys my creative days ahead.

See you soon.

I SEE THE BLACK HORSE HERE!!!!!!!

Oh my inspiration, my sister! How lovely to see you tonight before I go and feed my prince (I already ate!) and to sit with him and drink tea later...What can I say about how much your art, your HEART have touched me?

Thank you for the inspiration. There was so much I wanted to do with my post, but with limited time and knowledge of Photoshop and lack of sun to take photos, I did what I could. But there is more....POSSIBILITIES! XOXOXO

You are magical indeed... :)
I am smiling so wide here, dear Violet!
I know what it's like to see a sweet little girl's face light up when her darling Grandmother creates something out of a fairy tale...
Bless you! :)
Love all of this post so much...
Big hugs to you, sweet friend...

Sweet Violet, thank you so much for your kind words on my blog - so here I am, looking into your world. Such a sweet story you tell with a sense of humour (this pink tutu on the fairy!!! ;)), that made me smile from one ear to the other.
Have a day full of wonders, Méa from far away
