Sparkle. Fur. Autumn.

The sun came out for 3 minutes during a morning rainstorm.
The LIGHT!  The BEAUTY!  grabbed the camera.

... Fall through Winter wreaths on the bedroom double doors ...

Sweater pumpkins I made last year, so snuggly warm!

... Lace, Jewels, Texture ...

Fur rug from a thrift store becomes a cozy table runner

My husband got me this darling doggy for my birthday one year

sweet baby ceramic punkin

Found this stool at same thrift store for $4.99
and I had the furry fabric to drape over it.
Isn't it so FABULOUS?!?!?!

~ and you know how inspired I get by light and shadows ~

Oh Violet the beautiful shadow play on the wall with the pumpkin and sweet stool, Oh how you captured magic!
All your Fall decorations, embellished, posh and luxe I adore. We too are seeing rainfall in Philly but not 3 minutes of gorgeous sunlight today...
I always delight in your posts.

Vera

THERE YOU ARE! And here I am, at 12:45 AM. Since I don't go to school tomorrow, I am feelin' free as a bird.

OK. That fur runner.

That is a keeper, a great idea for fall and winter, and a brilliant use of INSPIRATION! Violet, I love this and all the creamy beauty of your pumpkins! And your little dog....you and both have our collections of God's creatures, don't we! And that stool.....DOUBLE SIGH!

Isn't it fabulous that the light we love is so abundant, and so reliable to be there every day? We long to catch it's particles that together, create jewels of pristine energy? Do you know that one of the reasons I'm so happy about having two days off is that I will be able to catch the light as I please. Our weather tomorrow will be 70 degrees, but then Friday, about 52. But I don't care...it will be sunny and whether I get any photos or not, the sheer happiness of watching the light recreate memories for me I had in the sunlight is priceless.

Your staircase is fantastic my friend!

I just went to Sanctuary, and I am so inspired. See that mood, that gray/white? That is what I'm after. HOW?
